The McLean County Arts Center
Bloomington, IL

is looking for artists to submit applications for the 2024-2025 exhibition calendar. 

Artists are invited to apply for joint or solo exhibitions in any of our three gallery spaces. Selected artists have a ~6 week exhibition, an opening reception, and they participate in video interviews that are viewed by hundreds of people. 

Our Curator and the Exhibitions Committee meet throughout the year to assess application materials and plan future exhibitions. Our calendar is typically set eighteen months out. Priority programming goes to Illinois-based artists, though all submissions are considered. It is our mission to encourage and promote the appreciation, study, cultivation, development, and practice of art for the benefit of all the people, cultures and communities of McLean County, and we cannot do it without you.
