Jeanne Ledbetter

Jeanne was born July 12, 1939, in Peoria, the daughter of Milfred and Jeanette Kendall Parlier. She married Tony Ledbetter.

Jeanne was an artist and also taught art in her studio in Peoria. She was a member of the Illinois Art League, Oil Painters of America and the Pastel Society of America.
